Our jewelry is made from the natural elements; variations in color, size, and texture are normal.  Sterling silver is a natural metal that will tarnish over time.  We recommend using a polishing cloth to bring back its natural luster. 

Shipping

Orders typically ship the next business day if received by 3:00 p.m. Pacific Time.  Certain items are excluded from expedited delivery if they are a special order item or on backorder.

Returns

We accept merchandise returns within 30 days of the shipping date for a full refund (all shipping costs are non-refundable).  Securely repack the item with a copy of the packing slip and mail to White Horse Western, PO Box 363, Ramona, California, 92065.
